How Stadium Series tickets are usually sold

AT&T Stadium: the Stadium Series 2027 experience

AT&T Stadium is one of the largest indoor venues in North America, with a retractable roof and a very big seating bowl. How the roof and the playing surface will be handled for the game has not been announced yet, so we avoid assumptions about the conditions inside.

Stadium Series seating: where to sit

Lower sideline sections are closest to the rink and give the most traditional view. Seats behind the goals show passing lanes well. Upper levels are far from the ice, but they give a spectacular sense of scale. Official seating maps for the event are not yet available.

Getting around Arlington on game day

Arlington sits between Dallas and Fort Worth, and most visitors drive or use ride services. Plan your arrival early, since traffic near a stadium of this size can be heavy.

Planning a Stadium Series 2027 trip from Europe

Texas is a long flight from Europe, but the late-winter timing is attractive: mild compared with northern outdoor games. Dallas-Fort Worth is a major airport hub with many connections, which helps visitors from abroad.

Stadium Series travel tips

• Check entry requirements for your passport early.
• Book flexible hotels until you have secured tickets.
• Choose a base in Dallas, Fort Worth or Arlington depending on whether you value nightlife or convenience.
• Allow a day to recover from the time difference.

Stadium Series 2027 weekend ideas

A Saturday game leaves time to see the region on the days around it. Build in a buffer for the return trip rather than flying out the same night.

Stadium Series history and how it differs from the Winter Classic

The Stadium Series was created to bring the NHL into big stadiums beyond the New Year's Winter Classic. Different cities and clubs rotate through it, which gives more fan bases a chance to host a huge event.

Stadium Series vs Winter Classic in 2026-27

In 2026-27 the Winter Classic comes first on 31 December 2026 in Salt Lake City, followed by the Stadium Series on 20 February 2027 in Texas. The Heritage Classic in Winnipeg on 25 October 2026 completes the outdoor picture.

Stadium Series 2027 and the Stars-Golden Knights matchup

Two Western Conference teams with passionate local support make for a lively crowd. Expect strong interest from both cities.

Stadium Series 2027 in Dallas-Fort Worth: planning the weekend

The Dallas-Fort Worth area is large and spread out, so think about logistics before you book. Arlington has its own hotels and entertainment district close to the stadium, while Dallas and Fort Worth offer more variety in dining and nightlife but need a longer drive or ride. A Saturday game means Friday evening is a good time to arrive and settle in.

Stadium Series 2027 hotels: where to stay

Stay near the stadium for convenience, or in a central district for atmosphere. Whichever you choose, compare cancellation policies, because demand around a large event can push rates up and rooms can disappear quickly.

Stadium Series weekend: getting around the region

Rental cars are common in Texas, but event traffic is heavy. Many fans prefer ride services or organised shuttles when they are available. Parking arrangements for the game have not been announced yet.

Stadium Series 2027 atmosphere: what the day looks like

Stadium games are festivals as much as sporting events. Fans arrive early, wear the colours of both clubs, and take photos of the unusual setting. Expect lines at entrances, concessions and merchandise stands, and give yourself time to enjoy the build-up.

Stadium Series 2027 jerseys and merchandise

Special event jerseys and merchandise are a tradition at outdoor games. Details for this event have not been announced yet, but if you want a souvenir, go early, as popular items can sell out during the day.

Stadium Series 2027 tips for first-time visitors
