KHL playoffs: the Gagarin Cup
The Gagarin Cup playoffs start on 23 March 2027, and the final series is scheduled to end by 23 May 2027 at the latest, which allows for a potential game seven. Teams are re-seeded in each round based on overall standings. The defending champion is Lokomotiv Yaroslavl.
KHL All-Star Game 2027
The KHL All-Star Game is scheduled for 6 and 7 February 2027 in Minsk, Belarus. It is the league's mid-season showcase. As with other events, anyone considering travel should read the local conditions and their government's advice first.

KHL mid-size and smaller venues
Several clubs play in halls of 5,500 to 9,000 seats, such as Severstal in Cherepovets, Neftekhimik in Nizhnekamsk, Lokomotiv in Yaroslavl and Ak Bars in Kazan. These are traditional hockey towns with deep local support.
Clubs outside Russia
Barys Astana in Kazakhstan play at the Barys Arena, listed at about 11,600. Dinamo Minsk play in Belarus. These clubs are the ones most relevant to fans outside Russia, but entry conditions and advice differ by country and nationality.
