Florida Panthers vs Seattle Kraken: getting to the arena

Amerant Bank Arena is in Sunrise, west of Fort Lauderdale, beside a huge outlet mall with restaurants. Almost everyone arrives by car or ride-share; Fort Lauderdale airport is about 25 minutes away, Miami 40 to 50 minutes in light traffic. Arrive an hour early for parking, and bring a light layer because the arena air-conditioning runs cold. Evening games usually start around 7:00 or 7:30 pm, and the mall next door is handy for a pre-game meal.

Why Florida Panthers vs Seattle Kraken is worth it

An inter-conference visit: the Seattle Kraken only come to Sunrise 1 time this season, which makes it a rarer date on the Panthers' calendar.

The Kraken are the NHL's newest-feeling team: a sea-monster brand, a rebuilt arena in the shadow of the Space Needle and a fanbase that grew fast. In 2026-27 you can catch them in Seattle or even in Helsinki. Here is how to plan your Kraken home games, choose seats and book smart.
